GSE sends self-exclusion to operators
A legally-worded request lands at every operator on file. You watch delivery status per operator and can download a PDF evidence report at any time.
What GSE does not promise: Acceptance of a self-exclusion request is decided by each operator under its own license and terms. GSE captures your signed authorization, records your signed authorization, sends legally-worded requests and documents every outcome — it does not guarantee exclusion from every operator, refunds, or legal authority over foreign licensees. GSE is not medical, legal or financial advice; if you're in crisis, please contact a local support service.
Gambling doesn't just take money. It takes years of your life.
Behind every self-exclusion is a real story. Here's what problem gambling actually costs — and why closing the door for good matters.
Financial ruin
Wages disappear before rent. Loans stack on loans. Gambling debt is the fastest path to bankruptcy — and the hardest to talk about.
Broken relationships
Lies about money. Missed birthdays. Partners and children who stop believing the promises. Gambling erodes trust before it erodes accounts.
Mental health & suicide
Problem gambling carries one of the highest suicide risks of any addiction. Anxiety, shame and sleepless nights are part of the pattern.
"I stopped counting at 40 accounts. GSE closed every door in one afternoon. It's the first night in three years I actually slept."
— Anonymous GSE user, verified via legal attestation
What actually changes after you close every door.
Recovery isn't a straight line — but for people who lock every account at once, the first year tends to look something like this.
You sleep through the night
No 3am spins. No chasing losses under the covers. The phone stops being a slot machine.
Your salary lands — and stays
Every deposit route closed. The account balance you see on payday is the balance you still have on Sunday.
You tell someone the truth
With the doors already locked, the conversation with a partner, parent or friend finally becomes possible.
The shame starts to lift
Cravings still come, but they pass. You catch yourself thinking about something other than the next bet.
You rebuild — with proof
Savings appear. Debt shrinks. The evidence report shows the exact day you closed every door.
You forget you used to gamble
Hours, energy and money go somewhere else. The life you postponed for years is the one you're now living.
Verify. Sign once. Self-exclude everywhere.
Three clear steps — from proving your identity to a documented self-exclusion request landing at every operator on file. No guesswork, no paperwork, no repeat sign-ups.

- Step 01 · Sworn self-attestation
You attest — under oath and under signature.
You type your legal name, date of birth, country and address, and attest under penalty of perjury that the data is your own. GSE does not collect or store passport, ID card or driving licence images — your identity is legally established by that sworn self-attestation plus a qualified electronic signature (eIDAS Art. 25 / U.S. ESIGN Act).
- Signed under eIDAS / ESIGN — no ID upload
- Sworn self-attestation — false data is identity misuse
- Timestamp, IP and device user-agent captured immutably
01 - Step 02 · Electronic signature
You sign one authorization.
You electronically sign an agreement authorizing GSE to submit self-exclusion requests to gambling operators on your behalf. We store the signed agreement with its version number, timestamp, IP address and a link back to your verified identity.
- One signature — every future request is covered
- Version + timestamp + IP recorded
- Downloadable copy of the signed agreement
02 - Step 03 · Self-exclusion to operators
We send self-exclusion to every operator.
GSE generates a legally-worded self-exclusion request per operator, referencing your verified identity and signed authorization, and delivers it via email, contact form or API. Every send creates an immutable audit record with delivery status and any operator response.
- One request per operator, legally worded
- Delivered by email, contact form or API
- Delivery status + response logged per operator

And it keeps going. With GSE Premium, new operators discovered later are automatically excluded under the same signed authorization — no extra signing, no new verification.

Most "quit gambling" apps only cover the device you install them on. They uninstall, they expire, they don't tell the casino anything. GSE works differently — we go to the source: the license holder and the legal attestation that every regulated operator has to run before they let you play.
Phone blocker apps
- Uninstall the app in 10 seconds and it's gone.
- Switch phone, browser or use a friend's device — bypassed.
- The casino has no idea you tried to stop.
- You can still open a new account and deposit money tonight.
GSE — license-level self-exclusion
- We contact the licensing authority and the operator, referencing your verified identity — not a device.
- Your legal name, date of birth and national ID number are placed on the operator's exclusion list.
- When you try to register or deposit, legal attestation matches your ID and the account is refused or closed immediately.
- Every request is logged with a delivery receipt and operator response — real legal evidence, not a screen filter.
We verify your legal name, date of birth and address once — the exclusion follows you, not your phone.
The regulator and the operator receive an authorized request tied to your legal identity.
When you try to sign up, the operator's mandatory ID check matches and the account is rejected or closed before deposit.
Honest disclosure: GSE cannot guarantee that every operator in the world will honor a self-exclusion request, and we have no legal authority over foreign or unlicensed sites. What we do guarantee is a verified identity, an authorized request to each operator on file, a documented delivery receipt, and a downloadable evidence log for every response — the strongest paper trail a private person can produce on their own.
What the first month actually looks like.
Not a marketing promise — the ordinary moments people say they got back once the operators closed their accounts.

Phone downThe doubts you're having right now — answered.
If your finger is hovering over "Start my restart", you're probably thinking one of these. Read them first.
"I'll just do it myself, later."
Self-exclusion exists at almost every operator — but it means contacting hundreds of them, one by one, in a moment you're least equipped to. GSE does it in one afternoon, from one verified identity, with legal wording that operators recognize.
"I don't want to upload my passport or ID."
You never have to. GSE does not collect or store passport, ID card, or driving licence images. Your identity is established through a sworn self-attestation and a qualified electronic signature (eIDAS Art. 25 / U.S. ESIGN Act) with a timestamp, IP address, and device audit — the same standard used by banks and insurers for legally binding online agreements.
"What if an operator ignores the request?"
Every request is legally worded, timestamped and logged. If an operator ignores it, you have an evidence-grade record to escalate to their license authority — Spelinspektionen, MGA, UKGC, and others.
"$49 or $9/month feels like a lot right now."
One night of chasing losses is usually more. GSE is built for the exact moment the math stops working — and the plan pays for itself the first weekend you don't gamble.
"I'm not that bad. I can still stop on my own."
Most people who reach this page have already tried. Closing the doors while you still have the strength is what makes stopping actually stick — this isn't defeat, it's a decision made from a clear moment.
"Can I undo it if I change my mind?"
Self-exclusion is designed to be hard to reverse — that's the whole point. Cooling-off periods and operator policies vary; GSE never promises instant reactivation, and we'll always tell you what a specific operator's reversal terms are.
Still unsure? That's normal. Doing it anyway is the restart.

Identity, data, signature, delivery — how the process actually works.
Before you start: exactly how GSE verifies you, what it stores, what you sign, and what happens once a request goes out.
How does signed authorization actually work?+
None. GSE does not collect or store passport, ID card, or driving licence images. Your identity is legally established through a sworn self-attestation under penalty of perjury combined with a qualified electronic signature (eIDAS Art. 25 / U.S. ESIGN Act) — timestamp, IP address and device user-agent are captured and stored in an immutable audit record. This is the same standard banks and insurers use for legally binding online agreements.
What data does GSE actually keep about me?+
By design, as little as possible: verification status, provider reference ID, timestamp, country of issue and result. GSE does not retain the images of your ID document. Personal fields required for operator requests (legal name, date of birth) are stored encrypted and access-logged.
What am I signing, and how is the signature stored?+
You electronically sign an authorization stating that GSE may submit self-exclusion requests to gambling operators on your behalf. Each signature is stored with the agreement version, timestamp, your IP address at signing, and a reference back to your signed authorization — so every request has a verifiable chain of consent.
What can I expect after a request is sent?+
For each operator, GSE records when the request was sent, how it was delivered (email, contact form, API), and any response received. Operators decide acceptance under their own licenses — some confirm within hours, some take days, some may reject or ignore. Everything is captured in an audit trail you can download as a PDF evidence report.
This page is maintained by GSE to explain how the platform handles identity verification, authorization and delivery. GSE documents every request but does not guarantee that any specific operator will accept, refund or act on it.
Straight answers.
Does GSE guarantee I'll be excluded from every operator?+
No. Operators have different requirements and some may reject or delay requests. GSE captures your signed authorization, records your authorization, sends legally-worded requests and documents everything — but the exclusion decision belongs to each operator.
What happens to my identity documents?+
Documents are handled by a qualified electronic signature process. GSE only stores the verification outcome (status, provider reference, timestamp, country, result). Raw documents are not retained by GSE.
Can I get a refund from an operator through GSE?+
GSE does not process refunds and does not represent that operators must issue them. Refund rights depend on the operator and its regulator.
What if a new gambling operator appears later?+
GSE's discovery pipeline continuously finds and verifies new operators. Once one is confirmed, GSE automatically extends your exclusion under your existing authorization.
